Clone Recipe for Firestone Walker Union Jack (Double) IPA

One of my goto brews is the Can You Brew it clone of Union Jack Double IPA.

Thought I would share the recipe. I have brewed this many times and it is great!


Union Jack IPA

Efficiency 70%
OG 1070
FG Approx 1012
ABV between 7.7% - 8.5%

90 Mins Boil 
60 mins – 145 degrees Celcius
10 mins 155 degrees Celcius

30 Min Whirlpool rest

Ferment at 17 degrees. After 24-36 hours , raise to 19 degrees

Dry hop when fermentation finished – 3 days
Secondary fermentation - 2nd Dry – another 3 days before kegging
